MedicalTwitterings allows a doctor/nurse to monitor a patient's readings that is using the PocketPC MedicalTwitterer. You can create categories of patients and sync them to view online/offline. When you sync the patients RSS file is downloaded and placed on the storage card. Tap on the entry to view full screen.
