around every corner r36

A 2D side-scrolling game written in Python and PyGame

around every corner is an experimental arcade game about navigating a maze with unknown horrors just out of sight.

The white area is the where you are safe to go. It is where you can see, and places you remember.

Your confidence quickly fades, however.

You can only look forwards, and where you can't see doesn't stay safe for long.
Various obstacles obscure your vision and block your path, but all you can see of them is their absence from your field of view.

Apply metaphor to taste.

It is little more than an engine demo at this point, though it does have a playable testing level. I think it's fun to see in motion, check out the playthrough video on the home page. It's been a fun way to get into python for me, as a C maniac.

Requirements:

· Python
· pygame
