Clear Stacks is a free and simple to use stack mod that will allow you to change your Snow Leopard dock's stacks with clear looking ones.
Installation: Copy the files in the doc_stack_clear folder to /System/Library/CoreServices/Dock.app/Contents/Resources/. Restart your dock by issuing the following command in a Terminal window:
killall Dock
