You can get visual traceroute from your host, IANA information (WhoIs, ASN for BGP systems), DNS records (like nslookup or DIG), geographical placement, open TCP ports (simple port scan).
The vTrace combines the tools traceroute, ping, whois, nslookup (dig), netstat into an easy to use graphical interface that analyzes Internet connections to quickly locate where an outage or slowdown occurs.
