Layer Utilities is a handy addin for AutoCAD that contains a selection of special layer tools. The tools are accessed from a single toolbar and are used to perform editing tasks on the layers in an ACAD drawing. These tasks are simple and intuitive. In most cases, the tools prompt you to select an object on the layer to turn off, freeze, lock, etc. Where applicable, the Layer Utilities operate on active and referenced objects in the drawing.
